At the heart of our outdoor heritage lies a passion for the wild, a commitment to preserving the landscapes that have defined our culture for generations. We are launching the Wyoming Range Hunting and Fishing Expo not only to celebrate our shared traditions but also to invest in the future of our natural resources.
The expo is designed to be more than a gathering—it’s a dynamic platform for conservation, education, and community engagement. With every pass purchased, every conversation sparked, and every shared experience, we are directly supporting hunting and fishing conservation efforts. In fact, 90% of every dollar raised will go straight to programs and initiatives dedicated to protecting wildlife habitats, promoting sustainable practices, and ensuring that the thrill of the hunt and the serenity of fishing continue for generations to come.
The remaining 10% of our funds will be reinvested back into the expo, covering essential administrative costs. This small yet vital allocation allows us to maintain an event that inspires, educates, and brings our community together year after year.
In creating this expo, we are uniting those who love the great outdoors and who believe in a future where conservation and recreation go hand in hand. Together, we can ensure that the pristine beauty of Wyoming’s landscapes is safeguarded, that our outdoor traditions endure, and that every adventure contributes to a legacy of responsible stewardship

Green River Rendezvous in Pinedale, WY
The Green River Rendezvous has been an annual event since the 1830's. Mountain Men, Trappers, Travelers and Indians all gathered in a valley below the Green River and bartered, traded, sold and swapped various items such as skins, pelts, guns, jewelry and whatever else they needed. The Rendezvous lasted anywhere from a few days to several months and was a time for getting new supplies, renewing acquaintances with old friends, story swapping, drinking and general rowdiness.
In modern times, Rendezvous is held each year on the second full weekend in July in Pinedale. It relives the early Mountain Man history of the area. During Rendezvous, the town of Pinedale comes alive with activities and events surrounding the Mountain Man theme. Nightly rodeos, a Trader's Row with authentic gear and period costumes, a historic re-enactment, night time street dances, an art festival and vendors faire are just some of the activities in this 4 full days of fun.
